Originally the Lincoln General Hospital and then a nursing home, Louisiana tech has now taken over
the building.  But just because Tech took it over doesn't mean the ghost stories stopped.  
Apparently the first floor used to be the morgue, with the operating room on the 4th floor.  The
elevator is also known to act erratically, taking people straight to the top, even if that's not the floor
that they selected.  Strange noises have also been heard on the third floor, when no one else is there.
