The legend of the Gatormen is another Southeastern legend that has made its way to the swamps and bayous of Louisiana. The Gatormen are
said to be a race of hybrid man/alliagtor mutations that have been prowling the swamp lands since the 1700's.  They are said to travel in small
packs and are about 5 feet long.  Their upper body is said to be that of a man , while their lower half is an alligator body. They have small
sharp teeth and are covered in green scales.  They appearently are able to communicate with each other through a language based on grunts
and howls.  There still has been no proven existence of the Gatormen race, but believers and skeptics still continue to prove their existence.
